Heluna Health on behalf of Saving Our Legacy, African American for Smoke Free Safe Places –
The SOL Project will award up to three organizations who want to advance policy or system change and increase awareness on the issue of tobacco-related disparities or address social determinants of health in the African American community. This round of funding is open to African American youth-focused organizations based in the cities of Elk Grove, Rocklin, Roseville, Tracy, Modesto, Turlock, Sonora, Winters, Woodland, Davis or Yuba.
