Breaking Free Day
What is Breaking Free Day?

It is a celebration of overcoming nicotine addiction. This year Breaking Free Day launches on November 20th. Breaking Free is a movement to increase the number of organizations offering culturally appropriate tobacco cessation services in SPA 6 and eliminate tobacco use disparities and smoking cessation inequities in African American and African immigrant communities so that community members can enjoy a healthy, happy and prosperous life without nicotine.
