Our Community Surveys 

We would like to hear your thoughts about flavored tobacco being sold in your local stores, what you think about ending the sale of all tobacco products and if you experience tobacco or vape smoke when attending venues at Cal Expo, such as Heart Health Park, Rock N Brews, the race track, state and county fairs. These surveys are anonymous, and responses will be analyzed as a total, so individual responses wont be disclosed. The total results will be shared with local leaders. The surveys take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please take if you live in the Cities of Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Stockton, Tracy and if you attend events at Cal Expo. Thank you for your time!
